The Dog Stop - Westfield, Houston

My fur baby has only been to one place for all her grooming needs and after recently moving we had to find a new location. My total experience from the last minute phone call I made today to picking her up was the absolutely perfect. The Dog Stop and all the reviews I read were spot on. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job with my Coco. - to Monique and all the other staff I met today😍😍.

I have always have a great experience in this place. Groomer Monique is very skilled and listens to what I ask and execute perfectly. Before one of my babies passed away, she stayed here about a week. I was given an inside tour of the place before booking. Place was clean. Of course due to its location it does not have a huge outdoor area but your pet will still enjoy. As an older dog that have not stayed in a boarding place for over 10 years I was concerned on how she would behave during and after. She was very happy when I picked her up and did know show any strange behavior as if she was dramatized or something. Very flexible to make appointments. If I board again I would definitely use them even if I have to drive a bit since is far from me.

I was new to the area and travel often for work, they were warm and friendly to my Great Dane- who is 150lbs and slow to warm up to new people. They were patient with him and me- and I will return for boarding, food supplies and grooming services. When he returned home he was worn out from playing and all the activities for two days lol!!

I have used the Dog Stop in both Louisiana and Texas and I love them both! I have a husky with lots of energy and seperation anxiety, which can be hard working long hospital hours. The dog stop hours are perfect and their boarding options are great. I love that I get to check on her through the pup cameras, the staff is so nice, and they eased a lot of my anxiety about adjusting her to a new home! She hadn’t been socialized around dogs in a few years and they were very patient for the first day of daycare at this location!

The Dog Stop is amazing! I love bringing Arlo here, I always know he is well taking care of! The facility is great and it is clean. The staff is friendly and I love them all. Very communicative about my dogs stay if he had a good day or any issues! I have been bringing him here for day care and boarding for more than a year and we have not had any issues!! I enjoy the pup cams where I can get on my phone to see what he’s doing during the day. I truly enjoy The Dog Stop and feel like I’ve built friendships there as well as my dog!
